Fear is an interesting phenomenon. It is based on your body to react to a potential threat in an unsafe situation, including the threat in question can be both real and imagined. The only way to get rid of fear is to get your brain to understand that the threat is not actually a threat. I have always been afraid of spiders after my dear mother was always terrified when a spider appeared during my childhood. In gratitude, I drew this spider to force myself to become intimate with them, but also to help my mother on the way. The original was a gift to her and now hangs on her wall that she should always face her fears.
