Complaints and returns

We offer a 30 day return policy on your order, based on the date you received your product. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

You have the right to open the package to look at the goods. The item being returned must be unused, in full original packaging and undamaged. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Returning a product

Always contact us at info@nordicpostercollective.com before you return a product so we can provide you with the return address. For faster processing, please provide us with:

  • your ordernumber
  • your e-mail address
  • the name of the product you want to return and why

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item worth over 75€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. 

Changing a product

We do not handle exchanges of products. If you want another product, we recommend you to make a return and place a new order for the product you want instead. 

Complaints

We always do our best to package the products in a manner that will make them arrive to you in perfect shape, but unfortunately it sometimes happens that deliveries arrive damaged to you. If your delivery got damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@nordicpostercollective.com and we'll help out. For faster processing, please provide: 

  • your ordernumber
  • your e-mail address
  • a photo of the damaged product and the package it was delivered in

Non-claimed deliveries

For packages non-claimed and returned to us we charge a cost of 19€. This is to cover costs for extra shipping and extra handling of your delivery.
