Mental illness is still stigmatized, even if it has come more to the surface. The digitization that will allow us to compare our lives with other people, which I think leads to a distorted view of reality, creating a constant search for happiness that is impossible to achieve. This dilutes the feeling of never being good enough, but we smile at the images that we share on social media. Behind the face is the chaos.
